  31. For what it's worth, not everyone who can read and post to this
  32. particular newsgroup can also post to rec.radio.swap.  I know I am one
  33. of those people who cannot, due to the level of access granted to me at
  34. the amount of money I am willing to pay to my service provider.  (I get
  35. quite restricted access but at a great monthly rate.)
